Does anyone use Radical Vision for reselling? I have for several years, and previously, absolutely loved their services. However, for the past several months (almost a year), I have found their tech support and support ticket response to be very wanting. I've had support tickets open for up to 2 weeks, often no response to e-mails and lately, problems with secure certification that has forced me to move the site of one of my biggest customers elsewhere temporarily.
I love their features and used to love their response time, so I was wondering if it was me or if this has been a relatively recent problem they need to address? I like their features a great deal and hate the thought of having to move all my sites, but if I cannot even give my customers any answers when there's a problem, then that doesn't do me any good.
I will admit to payment glitches in the past, but these have been worked out, and that should not have any bearing on communication with human beings.
Hope I haven't overstepped my bounds here, but I'm pretty much at my wit's end.
If anyone has a company that runs on H-Sphere that is comparable to Radical Vision that could be an option for me, please let me know. I would really rather hear from current customers than representatives of the companies, though, for reference's sake. Thanks!

You did nothing wrong. Sharing concerns is one thing why forums exist.
I can't recommend you a host, but I can suggest you, for a start, to go through the list of companies at http://www.psoft.net/resellers.php, see which ones offer what you require on paper, and then see which ones have a good reputation as well: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php.
Unless you're short on time, it's good to work on having a host or two already selected, just in case moving becomes a matter of urgency.

Luckily, for this particular emergency, the programmer I have working on the site in question was able to move it to a hosting company he uses, so that buys me a little time.
The problem seems to be the shared secure certificate expired, which scared customers away. When we tried to process a temporary certificate until my customer could procure his own, we kept getting error messages. The programmer and I both tried to contact Radical V since this weekend, and haven't heard from anyone.
Thanks for the recommendations!

kstaff,
I share your sentiment. I left them for reliability issues almost a year ago.

Thank goodness. I was getting very paranoid there for a while, seriously.
I've decided to go with Cartika. They seem to come HIGHLY recommended on this board.

I actually just now signed up,and am trying to get my account set up. Having a tiny bit of trouble, but the help response has been excellent. Hope to get it done tonight, because my old place is DOWN tonight! I'm sure it's only for a short time, but it makes me anxious. I don't feel like getting frantic phone calls.................
