Required Help in Moving website to a new webhost with cPanel and CS-Cart

Hi,
I need a reasonable proposal to help me in moving my website to a new webserver.

The exiting website has a few front pages in htm, the rest is based on cs-cart shopping cart. There are ~ 200 products in the Database. I only have FTP access to the existing website since it was bought only recently and still runnin gon the old owners server.

The new server is a VPS server with cPanel/WHM.

I need this help ASAP.

email me to get more details

Thanks

I assume the cs-cart is hosted on your existing webserver?

Is this a *Nix based webserver? using a MySQL database backend?

If so, do you have access to the MySQL database via PhpMyAdmin to allow a backup to be taken.

Yes, CS-Cart on exiting webserver.

I am not sure which OS running on the webserver, but I was assuming it is Linux. I do not have access to MySQL database on existing server.

However, CS-Cart it self creates a database back-up which I have done.

Thanks everyone for their offers. I have already given that small project to a developer last night.
