Tier1 (Premium Bandwidth) Blowout 1500GB $300 + Free Server

No mistake about this topic you get just exactly what it says 5Mbps approx 1500GB on a burstable 10Mbps port and your own dedicated machine. We also have other 5 other options for those in need of bigger servers and more bandwidth that are priced very low.

You will get the following server with RedHat 7.2 OS and the following: PHP, MySQL, Curl, Common Perl Modules, 'newsite', 'newpop', & Webmin (configured).

800 Mhz PIII
256Mb ram
18GB drive
14IPs
5Mbps - 51/GB per day
-
Cost $300
Setup $50

Total cost to start $350 includes first month and setup fee. Overage cost will be $25/Mbps and is capped at 10Mbps for this offer. This is an unmaged server cost additional fees shall apply if you require managed services.

Why pay more for Cogent bandwidth when you don't have to?

When its time for change www.datahosters.com is ready to serve your needs!!

Contact me if you have any questions and i will be glad to assist you in anyway i can. We are not a 3rd party reseller but we are a high volume adult hosting provider and additional information about our services can be found in the faq sections.

Wow...not Cogent...
that's an impressive offer, Toker.

(well, I somehow have the feeling that it IS Cogent, from your original wording...)

Ok first of all this is not Cogent bandwidth we only deal direct with Verio as it says on our site. I am going to see about upgrades we really had no plans to offer upgrade on the special but i will get you the price shortly. Im not a tech and i have no idea about how much ram it can take so i will get that info for you ASAP.

This is a brand new deal never before offered promotion it wont last forever. We already sell services to other large adult hosting services in europe who save a fortune by reselling our services and we are not a fly by nite deal.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

Are most of your customer's adult servers?

Also is there an option for 1 36gb scsi instead of going from 1 18gb to 2 36gb?

Yes most all of our customers are adult and use very high volume of bandwidth which is why we can even offer these types of prices. We sell direct to hosting providers of all sizes including paid and freehosting services in the adult industry. We have decided to open and span into non adult services aswell at this time.

We dont discriminate on who we host as long as they are willing to only host sites that are legal under US laws. We also do not bank on the fact that most wont use what they pay for like many who sell unlimited service with fine print. If you pay for it we want you to get every penny you spend out of it and thats why we provide machines capable of pushing what you actually pay for.

Below are some upgrade prices that have been requested.

Additional Memory Upgrades.

128MB - $30.00/month
256MB - $50.00/month
512MB - $65.00/month

Additional Drive Upgrade

36GB SCSI - $30.00/month

65 monthly for 512 upgrade on ram is quite a bit high you pay for that stuff over and over and over again at that price

why not 100 dollars 1 time fee since that should cover it

Because they make money off the hardware not the bandwidth.

No actually that is incorrect Dilhole we make money with high volume.

We feel this is a competetive price over what some other hosts offer and for the savings you would get in bandwidth its still much less then most Cogent resellers offer.

Take the special package add $64 a month for 512MB of ram and you still are paying approx $.24/GB so i dont think its to expensive. Now add 512MB of ram and 36GB drive and you would be paying approx $.26/GB which is also very cheap.

Now show me a non Cogent reseller offering this price for bandwidth and a server or even near our price without a server.

Verio isn't that expensive.

Less than $65/mbit at a gigE commit. Which doesn't say much I guess, unless you're buying in volume. But it's still not that expensive.
