Will google ever cache flash websites

Hi,

I know a fully flash website is not good for google search engine, but will flash ever become compatible with major search engines. It's a great tool for progammers and animators so why is it taking soooooo long to see a compatible flash search engine plugin?

Less than a year later, Google is now utilizing this technique of learning to crawl and index flash content. The article below was published back in 2008. Hope this helps.

Google webmaster keeps telling me that my website is slow at a loading time of 5.2 secs.

I see the 20th percentile recommended speed is below 1.5 sec

I have tried adding cache plugins like WP Super Cache and following the recommended settings. I have also compressed images but still cant get close to the elusive 2 sec mark.

It is better not to allow archive flash files, especially if you run game website that depends on ads for funds.

now, more and more websites use flash stretch or images on homepage.even though flash version make the crawling harder than normal one.But search engines like google become smater and smater, they could tell and crawl the flash site well like the other ones.

Google is working on this website but now Google is not able to index the Flash file completely. Many people start using swf object into the flash file which is used to insert data into the Flash file which can be crawled by the Google, but if you are using normal flash then Google can't read completely. Many people are saying that Google can read but there is no official announcement that they can read it completely.
