They do, they have generators, battery backup, redundant power feeds, the whole lot.

I would like to hear Easynet's explanation for this.

Response from Easynet;

" A power connector in our primary power supply failed, therefore when the power dropped, the backup generator was unable to provide power through the faulty power connector, this has been replaced and all should be online shortly "

At this moment we are waiting for power to be reactivated so we can set the equipment which was offlined, online.

I hereby confirm that we have power back online on both feeds from our side,

output of OM from one server below, previously reported 1 failed PSU
Status Location Type Maximum Wattage Online Status

Power Supply 1 AC 900 Presence Detected

Power Outage on Easynet Data Center

Hello

The data center where our servers are located (Easynet, Shiphol Rijk, Amsterdam) is experiencing electric issues.

Our machines are not directly concerned. They are all running but as most of the DC routers are down, the machines are not accessible from everywhere.

We will keep you updated
