    do i need to reload OS,please?

    HI, i can not login to SSH by using root user because i change the permission, i forgot how did i do it,
    but i can access WHM, my OS is Centos with Cpanel, how do i fix that in WHM,so i don't need to do a reload OS, thanks in advanced.

    1- You cannot get help by spamming in WHT.
    2- Your best bet is to call LT.
    3- LT is un-managed provider. So don't be surprised if they charge you for this. Next time, if you don't know how to manage a server get a managed provider or hire some management company.

    Try to get the LT techs to help you, but I bet theres a fee involved.

    WHM should not allow any possibility of resetting the root password, or that's a serious security hole.

    If you disable ssh,it would need reload,if you just disable root login,no reload need.
