Need new host/ 10 domains/ high user processes

Hello Im looking to transfer hosts but I have a few questions:
1. I need to host ten domains
2. I need around 25 subdomains
3. I need about 3-5GB of file space
4. I need around 2-4 gb of mysql space
5. I need MySQL 3.23 or above and PHP 4.3.3 or above
6. I need the maximum number of user process to be up around 60.

What host would be best with the above?

BlueHost.com said they had all of these for a low price but for the last one they said: You get 20seconds of CPU time each minute. What does that mean?

That means that you can't run a process using CPU resources for more than 20 seconds each minute.

That's some pretty heavy resource usage for a shared hosting environment. Try taking a look at www.medialayer.com.

I also think you should look at getting your own server maybe a small vps.

That is way too little of a budget for what you are asking.

I agree, a $30 per mo. VPS (e.g 128-256M RAM) will not be able to accomedate your needs. You can still run HTTP and mysql servers on it, but it will have a hard time processing your requests based on the amount of traffic that you have.

Unless you know how to manage your own VPS, I think it will be difficult for you on a VPS. I think your best alternatives are:

1) Semi-dedicated / Managed Hosting / Luxury Hosting
2) Fully Managed VPS
3) Clustered Hosting on the higher end and even then I don't think you fit here
