Hello
[root@localhost /]# /sbin/insmod ipt_owner
insmod: can't read 'ipt_owner': No such file or directory

Hrm, try to find the file first:

find / -name ipt_owner.o

If it does find the file, try:

/sbin/insmod /path/to/ipt_owner.o

Just for the people who google around about this problem, here is how I solved it:

- login into the node level, use this command to remove iptables:
vzctl exec XXXX yum -y remove iptables from the VPS

Replace the XXXX by the actual server number.

- From VPS control page, go to "limits" and uncheck iptables

Reboot the VPS (not the node)

Done
