Just got a new server setup. Haven't even logged in yet. Need the following work completed on it. Wondering if I could get some quotes on pricing to have this work done.

Ensure Server is secure (possibly tweaked for performance)
Apache 2.x
Apache mod_rewrite Module
Latest PHP build
Latest MySQL build
MyDNS instead of Bind (bind disabled)
cURL with Curl SSL Support/OpenSSL Support. (Server must be able to access HTTPS content)
Zend Optimizer 2.6+
Access to cron jobs and ability to install new domains and install files to public_html directory
PHP must be able to access other /home directories outside of the installation path (Otherwise known as disabling PHP open_basedir)
