I am looking for a VO-IP, cheap and reliable, I just have been with Skype, is regularly good, but I am looking for some more cheap, also I would like can access from internet of my mobile phone like

Some VO-IP ask for a number phone , but if I write my number phone of Mexico, seem be than they not let it
Mainly I would prefer buy credit to use in more than 1 month, this because some VO-IP have plans to pay monthly, but if the prices are good also can be a option like
www.vonage.com or
www.voicestick.com, currently I am paying a plan monthly in my country, but I have not so good prices by minute, to call into Mexico
Also some VO-IP have good prices just for some cities, However I would prefer can be for all the cities the good prices
What VO-IP recommend me?
