The possible reasons of switching-off:

1) Non-payment of hosting services
2) Infringement of hosting rules
3) The Site does not exist on Ru.Host hosting

If you consider that it should not be, contact with administration!

And to answer your question: No, Not that I know of. EARHOST had rock bottom pricing. You won't see too many hosts with prices similar to those of earhost.

Yes, I think that there are other hosts that are as inexpensive. Not as much bandwidth, but WCSHost.net has a reseller plan for about the same price.

On the topic of translators, there is virtually no limit to the hours of entertainment you can create by transposing phrases through several different languages.

Of course, I'm too busy to have that much fun...
