For my Gameservers in Chicago I use Steadfast Networks. They offer pretty fair pricing and good routing.

I go through them right now. I have 8 Chicago Game Servers running off my one box. I have an E6600 Dual Core 2.4ghz with 2gb of ram 100mb/s port and Windows 2003 Enterprise with TCAdmin.

I pay just over 200$ a month for this. Its really great.
