Hi Folks,

I'm trying to install the Real Estate Management Script found at http://real-estate-management-software.org/ and I keep getting this error the following error:

CDatabase::Connect() error

I have tried variations of the user name and password, have granted access to all database privileges, but I still can't get it to work. I have also tried emailing the support team/individual from the website but no response. Any thoughts?

Sounds like its just trying to connect to the database, but its the wrong db,user, or pass. or wrong setting of mysql.

is this on your own computer ?

Yes, this is on my computer. As I said before, I've tried all sorts of different user names and passwords...

Are you sure you enabled mysql in the installation of php, else try and connect without password.
