Hi I have two task for a well skilled PHP/MYSQL expert with knowledge of Smarty. I'm not looking for someone who likes to start projects and disappear half way through.

I'm sorry but programmers seems to use the Family excuse way to much. If you can't do a project or don't have time just say so.
