I have bought a hosting package from you on 8 June, but since 1 July, my website is down, I cannot access my hosting account by ftp, cpanel, or my client area at your website.

I have submited a suport ticket 3 July and I had no reply.

We will be introducing a name your price colo deal as from Saturday for two weeks however if anyone is intrested i can bring the date forwards.

To anwser your pound host question we shall be moving away from them in the next week with our own racks at blue square direct with our own independant ip transit provider.

I am waiting on confirmation from a protential customer to seal the deal on this 20u deal.

Interested in your co-location services, can you answer a few questions

• Do you allow 2u and at what price
• What peers are you connected with?
• Does your company have a contact telelphone number as i cant see one on the site?
• Do you have a postal address as i will need to send a usb hard drive to this server from time to time?
• Are you a registered company?
• Are you VAT registered?
• Is there any other ways of paying other than paypal?

Sorry for all the questions but need to know im dealing with a legit and reliable person as i cant afford to have my equipment go "of the grid"
