how any pop3 user of a domain can change his password on his own ?
I am planning to integrate http://www.mintersoft.com 's Visualmail
for webmail .
but wants to know how the pop3 user will to able change his passwd without admin's help in plesk .??

Maybe im not understanding you, but the customers can change their passwords through the control panel

I know that admin of client domain ,
who logs with clients id & pw can change any passwd of any pop3 account within that domain.
But my question is can the pop3 account holder of that domain who do not have access of client's admin login & pw
but having his own login & pw for pop3 account can change his pop3 accounts passwords on his own ?

I would email plesk dir. I think the feature your wanting will be included in their next release

Yes, they're discussing it, but it has not yet been decided. Webmail is most likely and some sort of mail adminstration interface.
