Basically it is a 90 page book divided into several chapters. When user adds the book, the chapter titles should appear on the user's profile. Upon clicking on the chapter, if the user has the app added, that chapter of the book is displayed.

I have the book in MS Word format. You'll have to format it so it looks decent in facebook.
