Defining FTP account quota or folder quota

Hello

Would you please tell me how i could define a maximum size for a certain folder on my web hosting thus the folder size cannot exceed this ??

Also how could i set a maximum quota for an ftp account ?? provided that i have no cpanel im on GoDaddy host

Please help ..
