Hello, is there anyone know how to contact a owner who bought private registered service with Yahoo.

I am interested in buying a domain private registered with Yahoo.
The domain is still parked with Yahoo's default blank page. I suppose perhaps he may be willing to sell it to me since he keeps it parked over one year.
However, the staff of Yahoo repled me that they can't forward my buying requirement or give me the owner's email because of Yahoo's privacy policy.

If they can't even forward my request email to the owner, how could the owner know my domain buying offer?

Yahoo should be able to provide you with information on how to contact the person...

Even if it is private registration, they should still forward legitimate messages for you. I think you should put together something nice and ask them to pass it on.

Why not send an email and a snailmail to the addresses provided in the whois. Or even call the phone number and leave a message.

I did write my purpose on Yahoo domain help form.
And the staff said he truely understand what I want to do, but they can't contact the owner including forward messages.
Trust me, Yahoo's private registered information is really Yahoo:

Has it occurred to you they don't want to be contacted at all, much more sell their domain name to anyone?

Perhaps you should not bother venting in an online forum if you're not able to get what you want?

I have a membership with domaintools.com which lets me view the whois history. So if the privacy guard was not always enabled, you might be in luck. If you are interested, PM me with the domain and I will check this for you.

About domaintools.com, I have join the 10 days trial membership but the whois record is 0 and red.
About archive.org, it's a fun website but it also shows no records of that domain name.

Though I still can't find the contact information on the two tool websites, it's also great for to know the two websites.

I have decided to buy a smiliar and available domain name suggested on the trial panel of domaintools.com.

I always thought companies that did Private Registration's allowed real e-mails to be forwarded.

Most do just that. Usually a custom email address that forwards to a real (hidden) address.

On the good systems the custom address even changes every X amount of days.
