Routing Optimization

Hello, I was wondering if someone if using the Internap FCP technology to optimize the routing. I want a feedback on it, since I want to deploy this solution for have a better traffict routing.

Also, is anyone using avaya? i have looked in their website, but I have no information about their routing optimizer. Basically I want to go beyond of normal BGP since I will be deploying VoIP services soon.

The FCP has an option for additional cost for VoIP stuff. I think it is the cat's meow personally. The information it gives you is pretty damn good. It's not cheap, and does not fit in if you are on a budget, but I think it is worth it.

The avaya product is FANTASTIC, our customers are amazed by our bandwidth using it. That being said, expect to pay $$$,$$$.

Well, I am not allow to show prices ( Internap contract), but renting or leasing this equipment is not expensive at all, we are talking about a couple hundreds and problably less than a thousand.

I really like the information that the FCP shows, because you can look inside of the internet cloud. it seems that the FCP is less expensive than AVAYA.

I might going to give a try to the FCP ...60 days money back guaranteed works for me...

It all depends on the traffic you push. How much do you move? The FCP-120 may work for you.

I would love to look at the Avaya product over the FCP but can't get a local rep to contact me.

Jordan, do you have your rep's contact information?

I have personally recommended two customers to gnax when they were looking in Atlanta. It guess with an attitude like this I will definitely stop any of those recommendations. It looks like AtlantaNap and gnax are not the company that I thought they were.

Cheers,

Linn
