- Which OS'es are available?
- How much are OS reinstalls?
- Do you offer discounts for Quarterly / semi-annually and annually payment?
- Do you accept paypal?

There seems to be a 500ms latency increase on the Level3 network. Obviously not a problem on your network, but do you happen to know if Level3 is having issues?

By the way, fo you happen to have a traceroute utility to test reverse traceroutes (From your network to the internet)?

All servers come with remote reboot. It is available through our customer portal as well as your support area, traffic graphs, billing, etc. We can also provide KVM as needed on any of our machines.

We can install Windows 2003, Linux (RHE, Centos, Debian, etc) and also Free BSD.

OS reinstalls for non-custom installs are $29.

We can do a discount for semi-annual and annual payment but they must be made via paypal, bank wire or check.

We do accept paypal.

We've heard of some issues today with Level 3. So far it hasn't affected our customers who route to us over them yet but we have contacted Level 3 about the issue.

We don't have an outbound traceroute but its a good idea, I'll look into getting something done. If you would like to have some traceroutes outbound just give me an IP and I can give them to you.

Thank you for your reply. I have sent an PM with some additional questions and a few IP's for traceroutes.

The Level3 issue seems to be resolved as of 30 minutes ago. Speeds and latency are great now. I guess either Level3 or Teleglobe had a problem in their Amsterdam network for a little while.
