What Operating System can my VPS have?
Pretty much any linux operating system, the default is centos 4, so if you want another operating system please state it in the comment box, we will notify you if we canít provide that operating system. Windows is not supported.
How long will it take for my VPS to be setup?
We aim for VPSís to be setup in a few hours, however it can take up to 24 hours for a VPS to be setup. Setup times can also vary depending if you want to use cpanel. Cpanelís installation takes about 2 hours plus our normal VPS setup time.
Where are your servers located?
Our servers are hosted in LayeredTechs Databank Ė if you would like a test file simply email sales. Or alternatively you can ping 188.8.131.52 which is one of our nodes.
