Please contact me if you have a full-time/holiday work, "home-based" position along the lines of Tech Support or Sales.
I am 16, live in The Netherlands and looking for work within the webhosting area.
I have familiarity with the Internet and basic experience with cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, LxAdmin, WHM, HyperVM.
I have know many "hosting terms" and have understanding of Email, of the World Wide Web and Web Hosting.
Dutch is my primary language, English my Secondary and German my third language.
I have quite good English typing and writing skills and excellent Dutch typing and writing skills including proper spelling and grammar.
I'm a willing to work, friendly :-), hard-working, focused and motivated person.
I own a laptop and a desktop with a high speed internet connection which is ofcourse required to do this kind of job.
The type of job's I'm looking to do:
*Live Chat Operator (Support and or Sales)
*Support Tickets / Emails
*Sales Tickets / Emails
During my Holiday (20 June - 10 August), I'm quite flexible. For instance, I could work from 10:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Sunday.
After my Holiday, I would be able to work Saturday and Sunday
This is because I have to attend college. But we can negotiate the times.
Ideally I would like the be paid on a "pay per resolved ticket" scheme, but for live chat and e-mails a hourly-rate would be suitable!
Payment could go trough PayPal, Wire-Transfer or Western Union.
I already have experience with doing Live Chat sessions and Support Tickets because I was a Level 1 tech at a small local computer store last year.
Most of my current knowledge is from self-study, real life experience and the use of hosting companies.
