I will be purchasing a web site and domain name from someone. Through, I would like to use an escrow so that both sides are ensured that they get what they were promised.

Is there an outline that should be followed when doing these types of exchanges/transactions?

Can anyone recommend a good Escrow company?

I have used sedo, afternic and escrow.com escrow services with no problems whatsoever. I recommend escrow.com of the bunch.

Moniker seems popular around here too but I have never tried them.
