Looking for 24/7 support and server administration


About us:
We are based in Europe in a non-english speaking country. We have 6 servers at the moment running with cPanel and RHE and CentOS. We are only selling webhosting and domains.

Up untill now we have only had our website in our language. We are about to launch our website in many languages, including English. We will also launch windows servers in the near future.

Our current support:
We provide support in our language from 09-17 by phone, ticket and chat.

Our current server management:
We have been using ezsm.com to manage our servers. We are very dissatisfied with their service as they screw up a lot when it comes to upgrading Apache/PHP/MySQL. We have a special setup but they always ignore this and tries to setup what their default customer have - resulting in a lot of headaches for us.

Our needs/requirements:
- We want a provider that can take care of all our servers AND provide support in English.
- Ability to provide support in other European languages would be a plus.
- Support must be done through our systems as we have programmed our own ticket and chat.
- Support must be provided by ticket, chat and phone.
- You must be established - been in buisness for at least 1 year.
- Able to manage both linux/windows.
- Support and management 24/7

You have to have a company to be considered.

The provider(s) that we consider suitable will get to manage 1 server for a certain time frame. If we are satisfied with the service the provider will get to manage all our servers.

No provider will provide support for our customers before we have approved the server management service.

If you can answer these questions it would help in the selection process:
1. When did you establish your company?
2. How many employees do you have?
3. Any well know references?
4. Can you guarantee response within 30 minutes at any time of the day from a sysadmin if problems with a server arise?
