SEO Software

Are SEO software really up for the task for search engine optimization? Any recommendation of a particular worthy SEO software to purchase? I'm trying to decide whether to use a particular SEO company service or just buy a SEO software to do it myself.

I don't know whether SEO software actually works - never had to resort to it

If you want to do it yourself all you need to is a web browser, html editor, and time to research, update your site, and market it.

I've had some success with WebCEO. These applications can't do everything for you, they just speed up some of the things that you do.

IF you have budget better approach some SEO companies instead of buying the SEO sw. But before start with them make sure that they r not doing any black hat to boost the site and also ask the working strategy

I never use any SEO software actually. Always do it manually. But maybe you can try what people suggested in this thread.

I have tried the free version of Web CEO and I don't find it helpful. Hiring an SEO would be a better choice if you don't have the knowledge or time. The time you used to SEO is better to used for creating content. Let others worried about SEO. Concentrate on creating content for your website.

If you have some SEO knowledge, then go with SEO software, otherwise hire SEO services for a certain period of time.

You don't need to spend money on software to achieve what you are after. As others have mentioned, this can be done "manually" (or the old fashioned way).

Once you see an improvement in the rankings from your manual effort, ... then you can decide whether you want to continue this manually, or its more convenient for you to purchase some software to partially automate the process.

Cheers!

Doing seo manually I think is better than using any software. Since you could be more assured of quality. And if you don't have time, you could always hire someone to do that work. But softwares could also help.

Yes as others have suggested I totally agree with them that you should start with manually even it's slow and steady process and can take some time to get results but its work effectively.
