OpenSSL dll files - Total Commander 7 - SFTP

I'm trying to connect to the server via SFTP but when I check the box to do that in Total Commanders settings box it says I need the OpenSSL dll's. I downloaded the must current file from http://www.openssl.org/source/ but I can't find any dll files in it and I'm unsure how to proceed.

Thank you in advance for any help!

You'd need the Windoze binary, not the source.
