I am not sure if this is the right forum to discuss this, but hopefully it is.
I would really like to say on behalf of my customers, and personally, that Google Analytics is absolutely a great service. Google Analytics is incredibly easy to implement, and the information it gathers is displayed in a very easy to understand manner. I am not sure if I am a fan of the new layout, but I think it is starting to grow on me. Most of my customers do not even use awstats anymore for their marketing statistics.
 Thumbs up to Google Analytics.

I second you on that notion. You can't beat the free price either.

The only bad thing about Google Analytics is that you share vital consumer/visitor data with Google.
For example; government-run sites here in Sweden aren't allowed to use Google Analytics because of privacy issues.
I personally love the new design! It's so fast to get a bird's eye view of relevant data!

They certainly have the money to log every detail of all of its users, I just doubt they do.
As long as you dont use google for advertising I dont think it is a problem.

I use Analytics maybe since they launched it, indeed it is a powerful tool and can help you improve your website ranking, conversation and much more if you pay attention to the stats and know what you are doing.

Yes Google Analytics is free. You just need to put a bit of javascript on your web site and sign over your soul.

Yes, it is free :)
It is amazing - it has too many features to count! At first I was a little lost with all the features and everything, but once you learn what everything does you will be alright.
