Do a search on this forum and you'll find tons of comparisons, though I'm sure you get a flood of opinions in this thread anyway .... it's a hot topic.
My two cents in a nutshell- plesk is very good and easy to understand out of the box, but if you get familiar and get your hooks into the flexibility of CPanel it will blow plesk away. CPanel = slightly higher learning curve for an admin especially, but you get far more functionality and that piece of software moves forward in leaps and bounds as compared to plesk.
