Question

"Tagged" anyone?

Oh for the last several months or so, I've got so many people "tagged" me using taggedmail.com but I know none of those people. Since I have a fairly decent forum so my email contact's not that hard to know.

Anyway I went to the website and not much's being shown. I assume it's some sort of social networking site but not sure. Has anyone used/use this site before? What is it, really?

Thanks.

Never heard of it to be honest. What exactly do you mean by "tagged"? Spam?

My point exactly, I've never heard of it either. Basically someone has an account with taggedmail.com and sent me an email for some sort of invitation. The email I recieved basically said that I have a friend who "tagged" me onto his/her contact list in taggedmail.com

However, when visiting taggedmail.com the site looks a bit shady for me so I ask to see if anyone know more about this site/service. It seems that taggedmail.com is owned by tagged.com which is a social networking site.

I believe it is a worm, the person who sent it to you has been infected and the worm sends these messages out to everyone in his address book.

It is somehow resembling a mail service. At the same time it serves like an instant messaging service. I really don't know how to define it.
