This is a PR4 website that is being sold, as is. The forums were booming for a bit until I, along with a friend, lost time to put into it since starting our property management business in Toronto, Hamilton, Kitchener.

Advice: There is more money to be made by ACTUALLY developing the site with some heart rather than bloating it up with ads, so if you buy it put some time into it and it'll be worth it.
There is a 97% bounce-rate right now (this is cause of the splash page that was there) which is now taken off.
