A jill of all trades dallas area willing to do remote


Phone and web tech support, managed employees, answered employee questions in regards to one of the clients. Worked in live chat, help desks and limited knowledge of putty, Ubersmith, Kayako, Provide support, Live person, Live response, sold webspace, vps, server management and datavault. Previously, I had worked assisting creating court documents ( summons and complaints, application for court index numbers, stipulations of discontinuances), research proper addresses for insurance companies, confirm the correct insurance from third party administrators, screening and directing incoming phone calls, visitors and mail. I responded to general inquiries from attorneys and clients, Maintain effective filing system, stamp mail received, type letters, pulled files for court, pulled files to be worked on, pulled files for possible settle Private Investigator conducting due diligence investigations and background investigations. and a few other things please email me and i will send a resume
