My name is Jean Mertz, I live in the Netherlands and I am currently following a 4-year web coding/designing course at my school. I've been working as a freelance coder/designer for over a year now and I've been using php/mysql/javascript to make personal web pages for over 3 years now. My prices are always based on an entire projects costs (not per hour) but for those who want to know my hourly rate, I charge 20 euro's (24 dollars) per hour.
I could do simple jobs but more advanced jobs are no problem as well. So far I've created my own CMS, login system with admin, mailing lists, front ends for databases, and I did some eCommerce coding. I'm also well informed in the hype of this year: Web 2.0. I can code in javascript/ajax and I can design buttons/pages in web 2.0 styles. I'm currently in the process of building a software package called "imembership" (imembership.net), but I am currently available for other projects that you need to get done.
