    www.rackshack.net (Advertiser's Max Bid: $36.00)

Max bid doesn't mean they are paying $36.00 per bid...

It means that if the other providers move there bid higher, they will go up to $36.00 to outbid them..

But hey, if Robert Marsh has the money to do it, why not?

I wonder if they are usng a tool to bump their ranking to #1. #2 is paying $35/click. I wonder if RS knows that they are paying $36 per click.

It would be nice of someone from rackshack to come in and comment on it...

Hope they dont go out of business because of this

$36/click is way to high to be paying IMO.

But like someone else said... if Robert Marsh can afford it and wants it that way...

Not sure if RS knows what they are paying or not but if its $36 thats not good at all. Not per click any way..

just imagine how many clicks they go through to get a sale.... then multiple by $36. way too much for me.

this disparity between 1,2 and 3 is amazing

after that this category is cheaper than 'webhosting'

$36 bux per click is a very serious amount, makes you wonder what things will cost on overture in a year, when we started with them webhosting was $2 seen fights go as high a $10

but $36 is absurd, just hope its not considered a bargain a year from now...

Asia i meant Vortech would be paying for the bill for the search engine ad, because he started this thread, and most people reading this thread would've clicked on the search engine link..

    You get the picture

No matter what it costs in the end, it costs a LOT less then buying a side bar ad just from Yahoo. A small fraction.

$36 bucks is outrageous but it does fluctuate. We have paid as little as $10.

We mainly buy this so that we get exposure at Yahoo and AOL without having to buy directly from them.
