Need a webdesign for phpbb forum script.

Hello everyone,
I am currently looking for a webmaster who could help me customize a website that host phpbb forum for free...
What I mean is... I need an index page of the introduction of the company ( will give you more info after the contract is signed). After the index page would be the Sign Up page. Which mean anyone can go to that page and sign up for a forum, and the forum will be created automatically.

An exact example of the site that I want would be http://www.freemyforum.com/
http://www.hostmybb.com

Question, do want a custom made script or a script for example that I have customized for your website?

Mind if I can take a look at the script first? If everything works out then it is ok to install.

i have no where to put it, to show you

its basically the standard forum creating script used on a lot of forums, all I have to do is get a home page ect. would you like me to make those and show you without script?
