For clarification - you mention '100mbps unmetered' with the cabs, but below show the 10mbps cogent and 4mbps level3 options as "included". Then show pricing for 100mbps of dedicated cogent or lvl3. What bandwidth is actually included with the cabs, as the pricing varies drastically? Also id like clarification on the 40gbps considering most carriers with presense there max at about 40gbps of internal peering.

As far as I know, it comes with 10mbps of the "freeway" bandwidth on a 100mbit port. It doesn't say "100mbps unmetered" anywhere in the ad. I'm not sure where the 40gbps is derived from, so they'll have to respond to that.

Right, but that doesn't mean "100mbps unmetered." It means "10mbps unmetered on a 100mbit port."

First, thank you avythe for your clarificiation! Secondly, darkfyre, 100 MB Uplink is the actual port your equipment is connected to. Moreover, it does not mean that 100 MB of bandwidth transfer is included in that package. Each package, except for 1U-4U colocation comes with either 4 MB of GTSMicro Rush, or 10 MBs of Freeway. The 1U - 4U colocation is packaged with 2000GB of Rush.

Third, 40GBPS is the capacity our network can handle based on our router, distribution switch, and fiber currently in our datacenter.

You should probably take out the "Unmetered bandwidth included" with every offering in the future then, as that's kind of the opposite of what you're actually offering....

Thank you for your comments. Just for point of clarification, if one should select the 10MBPS offered with 3 out of the 4 colocation packages, then the bandwidth is "unmetered." Moreover, if one upgraded their package to 10MBs of Level 3, then one would have 10MBs of unmetered bandwidth.

Therefore, the aforementioned packages offer a few different ways for a client to have unmetered bandwidth.

Yea, the cab was actually what I was referring to and that is 44u, not 1-4U that you are describing. What bandwidth does the cab come with? not 1-4u colo. On your site you have Unmetered Bandwidth Transfer! 60 IP Addresses Fully burstable 100Mbps Uplink listed, so again what bandwidth does this include, also how is the pricing point of power and bandwidth able to offer this @ this price? It seems too good too be true

Thank you for your inquiry! For a full cabinet, yes you are correct you will receive 10MBs of ** Unmetered ** GTSMicro Freeway, or 4MBs of GTSMicro Rush, whichever you prefer. The option to select the type of bandwidth you prefer will be available upon your final stages of checkout.

Also, we would honor the 255 IPs with the full cabinet, provided justification for those IPs.

Moreover, as a note, with any purchase of an additional 10 or more MBs of bandwidth, we will allow you to select your provider. This is a new promotion that we are enhancing our site to offer on check out. However, this is available upon direct request. Meaning that, you can select merely any bandwidth provider with the purchase of 10 additional Megs. The cost of this promotion for all providers is $30/meg. Currently, we are working a full list; nevertheless, most of the major providers such as AT&T, Savvis, XO, Time Warner, Global Crossing, and many more are all available.
