Hello,
I need a webdesigner who can make me one or two nice looking headers for a matchmaking website. Interested parties, contact me by PM with examples of previous work and some pricing. Payment by card only, I can't pay with PayPal.

Why not PayPal? You can use PayPal to pay with a CC. This way the transaction is authorized.

You don't need your country in the list if you have a CREDIT CARD.
You just put your CC info, paypal gets the money from your CC and send to who you're paying. (just like any 3rd party CC processor)

cas is right. PayPal works like any other CC processing company, and your country does not have to be listed in order to use your credit card.

You are right about PayPal, I never noticed this. I will decide who will we use today. In the meantime, please checkout free2match.com's header, this is something we would like to see.
