My name is Adrian, 24years old and I am currently unemployed and looking for a part time or (preferably) full time position as a remote level2 technician or as a Junior System Administrator within an established hosting company. I have more than 5years experience in the field and I can accommodate pretty much any schedule (+40hours/week, if possible) – I live in Constanta, Romania.
I posses strong communication skills, and I will be able to provide assistance via helpdesk, live chat, email, forums and/or blogs. I have handled more than 50tickets on a daily basis within the past 5years and have provided support and fixes regarding various inquiries, such as: billing issues, general (Apache/PHP/Exim/FTP) fixes, CPanel/PSA issues/guides; I have also been responsible with account migrations/upgrades, server monitoring and dedicated server setups.
With a response time of less than 10minutes to any ticket, strong UNIX background, excellent ability to multi-task and attention to details, plus the fact that I am customer-friendly and always ready to acquire knowledge, I can upgrade your company through my services.
As I have already graduated, I am mainly looking for a stable, long-term remote position that can provide a living. Therefore payment is to be negotiated based on duties and schedule, but no lower than 7$/ho. (to be paid bi-weekly or monthly).
