You also have to have permission from MB to transfer your license. They have stopped the general process of transferring licenses. You may already know this but it's important if you don't.

That is the actual purpose of the license verification process. I do believe that they permit license transfers, but not on their unlimited owned licenses. I may be wrong, however.
