Tickets are purchased on a monthly basis.
The $150 minimum monthly billing includes our support subscription of $44.95 – reduced to $19.95 if you have your own Kayako eSupport license.
We are offering ticket support for Windows 2000/2003 Helm/Plesk servers at only $150 minimum monthly billing. $300 is our normal minimum monthly billing.
