Do a google search for data centers in your area and look for reviews on their service and support. Research now will save you a lot time and money later.

Yeah location info would really help answer the question... but beyond doing your homework on local datacenters/colo facilities, make sure you know exactly what you want (space, power, bandwidth wise) and if you need to expand within a year or anything like that.

About bandwidth: be sure not to overbuy. Many first-time-colo'ers see the high price of overage charges and overbuy bandwidth... get a good idea of how much bandwidth you really will need. Ask your colo provider if you can upgrade bandwidth within the first month without overage charges -- some say hello no, others are happy to do it.
