Experienced Hard Working looking for Management/Admin/Billing/Tech Work

Hello all,

I am looking for a part time support support position at an established hosting company. I have been working in the hosting industry as a Level 1, 2 support tech, billing agent, and management for about 7 years. I have worked with cpanel and some command line administation. Here is some of my experience.

Experience

Successful Hosting – Part-time Support (2005-2006)

• Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets
• Answered sales e-mails and support tickets
• Advertised services on online forums

Hometown Hosting – Management, Support, Sales, Billing (2003-2005)

• Support/Sales Director at company
• Set up whole support department, installed required software, hired employees, created support polices
• Monitored support employee's performances
• Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via helpdesk, forum, and live chat
• Answered Sales questions via e-mail, helpdesk and forum

Vision Online Networks –Support and Sales (2000-2002)

• Answered Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via helpdesk, forum, and live chat
• Answered sales questions via e-mail, helpdesk and forum
• Advertised VO Network via online forums such as web hosting talk

I am looking for a company that is established. Also, what would be perfect if anyone is looking for a new person more in the administation/management field rather than a tech person.

Please PM me, e-mail me at dstone4@georgiasouthern.edu or AIM me at VeritasDavid.

Thanks for your time and I look forward from hearing from you!
