I am looking to have a web hosting template created for my new website.

I dont have much of a budget but i do have upto £75.59 for one.

The sites i really like are these and my design must be almost identical to it:

I prefer the mods4u design as its easy.

I only want 1 page coded as i can do the rest.

Please send me a list of websites you have done previously.

This project is still required.

I have however devised a verification proceedure to make sure that you are a real designer.

Limit is still $120.

Requirements Needed for this Project:

1 - Photoshop & Dreamweaver

2 - You must have a contact telephone number that is active (I will be phoning to confirm the phone number)

3 - Accept PayPal (Verified Addresses Only)

4 - Have more than 50 posts on WHT.

Sorry about the terms but i got screwed out of $120 last time.

I will NOT pay upfront but i am willing to pay half upfront to get the work started.
