Online Transactions
As this is my first ever online business venture I'm a little unsure of how some things are done, and I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I want to take payment online. Simple enough, but I don't want something like a merchant account where the transaction takes place on their server, but something within a SSL which runs on my own space.
I hope I made that clear, any help would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Jonny

alright. AuthorizeNet has some real-time API solutions, oh, almost forgot, Echo Inc has too... I am not quite sure about Verisign payment solutions....
so you should look for an Authorizenet reseller or Echoinc... both have pluses and minuses
by the way, Cybercash (they got bought lately, I believe) also had some type of API interface, but I never used it... hopefully someone can post some feedback about it
