So my question was: what's the kernel version and is ppp_mppe kernel module available? (only available in kernel > 2.6.15, verify by executing "modprobe ppp-compress-18" in VPS or check if "CONFIG_PPP_MPPE=m" in your kernel config).

Also do you support Debian?

I just checked our chat log history and our ticket log history and was unable to find any messages that have not gone unanswered. I am investigating and checking into this.

"modprobe ppp-compress-18 && echo success" gave me back a success (no fatal errors).

At this time we do not support debian (only fedora core 6 and CentOS 5 x86_64). We are working on expanding the different OS versions in the near future. Debian is definitely one we are looking towards providing in the near future.
