Hi We are interesting in develop an OS based on linux but with tools like Windows. Will be a free OS with free Support for Our Company, and that could be installed on Intel Computers.

The idea is an OS that support all drivers (webcam, printers, camera and more,) and can be used very easy for all people.

I need a beatiful design like Windows XP, that is very easy.

It sounds like you need a live CD builder like SLAX. SLAX is pretty darn easy to use and will allow you to customize a Linux live CD pretty much any way you want. There are numerous modules for it that support a bunch of apps.

SLAX supports KDE so it's pretty XP-ish in appearance.
