Hi creative geniuses,

I'm looking to send out a 1 page email promos or HTML newsletter every week, so I'm looking for someone to design it. This is an ongoing design project. Skilled in design, graphics, and marketing desired.

Please quote me some rates on per newsletter. Remember this is only one HTML page, but will require a new design promo newsletter every week. If I like your work and things go well, this might lead to a more stable contract work such as weekly updates to my websites.

Corrections:

Sorry if there were some confusion. Not looking for a one page HTML web template. Looking for something closer to a banner ad for email promos that are sent through email on a weekly basis, so HTML isn't even required on your part.

I just need a graphics ad for a weekly email promo.
