Need someone to use "imapsync" to convert email accounts

I currently Have free web based email accounts using Socketmail Lite. Its been shaky and I have moved to roundcubemail, im told you can use "imapsync" to convert all accounts and emails and so on to roundcube mail.

anyone with experience that can do this. I can pay around $30..
