Hostgator and ResellerZoom has all support staff in US - as I am aware of, but not trust me 100%
No problem with the support, anything is great so far.

The other hosts maybe submit tickets to them and ask were about they are based. Hostgator, try their live chat, i gather their in India from the words used and understanding or not so understand of the questions.

Perhaps someone here at WHT has worked with these Resellers and would know first hand and be able to coment on the support response they received and from where?

Our staff is located in Jupiter, FL with the exception of a few remote employees located throughout the United States (mainly for hurricane precautions).
100% American!

KnownHost has all support staff in US. as I am aware of, but not 100% Sure!
They have great support times all hours of the night.

I don't know about Hostgator but i am sure about Reseller Zoom .. they have staff in india too .. why i am sure .. once there was a problem in my email account on a particular domain .. and i ask the support to login to my account through webmail .. and they did .. as you all know that in horde webmail last login IP will be show to the current user .. and the last login IP was from India.

Hi
I have no personal experience with any of the hosts above. But I believe that where the support is located is not important and does not contribute to superior or excellent service. I work for a US based IT outsourcing company in Malaysia supporting companies like GM among others. Large companies are locating their support service outside its home location for quite number of reasons.
Just a thought......:-)
