    * Client Information Management

    Hi.

I was wondering how do you guys manage your client's information.

From information, I mean name, address, phone, email, plan, start date, billing period, billing amount, paid till, due and other related this and that ..................

I guess most of you use an online database while others might use their own custom database solution, oracle, mssql, access, excel, sql or any other cool product.

I am looking for something that will make it easy for me to update those info in my "diamond mako - EPOC" and perhaps in PDA's in future so that I can have the information right @ fingertips.

Please let me know what do you all use?

Perhaps there might be something that can be used both online and offline and the data exported to csv..

    Recommend the best please...

I have recently completed a custom solution i designed exactly for the purspose states above. It works very well, using PHP and SQL.

It also handles monthly billing notices with the click of a button.

Is that by chance something your going to sell??? I've been planning on doing something like that for my own needs, but I'm lazy and would rather buy the solution than spend a week making one myself

    Don't need anything to advanced

Just something to get user info and keep it for later use

If your script does what I'm thinking how I'm thinking, then wouldn't be hard to write a small script to take the information from our 3rd party merchant system into it....

    Hi.

In EXACT words, this is what I am really after:

    >> a client management soultion that takes the data from the web and keeps a copy itself too, so that we can analyze and have the info while being offline too.

As per analyze, something like view/sort/graph via

    zip/ hosting plan/ country/ $$Monthly billing / blah~/ blah~

-- a pie chart would look nice

    >> a system that will also allow me to export the data in csv or other format such that I am able to have the data in my EPOC and PDA's, so that I have up2date information of my clients at my stylus tip's. (hehehe! i don't use my finger but stylus !)

Trust ME, I tried almost 20 accounting softwares and almost all online applications and I found none that would satisfy the above need.

Chicken, please read the entire thread.

I did not start this thread, nor did I start my post with 'this is for sale'. I simple stated I recently completed a custom script which I use, and then I was asked for a price if I was willing to sell by a few people. I did not intend to sell this script on this thread, I am well awear of the forum rules and if it was designed to be sold I would have posted my own thread in the Related Offers and Requests forum.

I am sorry if this looks like advertisement to you, and I have not gave out a price to anyone. Feel free to delete my posts on this thread if you wish.

I read the thread and certain posts have been removed. If you'd like to discuss features, pricing, post demo links, please start a thread in the Related Offers & Request forum and it can be discussed there.

Please contact Barry via PM/EMail directly if you are interested in his script, as members are not permitted to sell things on the main forums.

Maybe a better course would be for you to read the Rules again.

    Seems pretty clear, to me.

    What's been dealt with?

You mean because Chicken deleted some posts?

Or, that you understand he was correct in doing so?

**Sorry to the thread starter for the off topic post.
